1. Partnerships and Private Sector Engagement Manager

Key Requirements
University degree and relevant professional experience. Experience in humanitarian, recovery, human rights or development work. Experience in programme management. Understanding and commitment to humanitarian principles. Fluency in English and Amharic. Understanding of Ethiopian civil society and private-sector contexts. Demonstrated results in private-sector engagement and partnership management, relations or coordination. Strong networking, coordination, training, facilitation and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience working in complex or volatile contexts is an asset. Knowledge of NRC thematic areas such as ICLA, Shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, Protection and Education is an asset.
Main Responsibilities
Develop partnership strategies and standard operating procedures. Support a consistent approach to partnerships across the country and area offices. Build and maintain relationships with civil society organisations, private-sector organisations, academia and public authorities. Manage partnerships throughout the full partnership lifecycle. Support partner identification, selection and due diligence. Conduct or support partner capacity assessments. Support partnership agreements and compliance processes. Work with Specialists, Area Programme Managers, Project Managers and Finance teams on partnership-related matters. Strengthen partner capacity and support localisation initiatives. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting deadlines and NRC procedures. Provide strategic advice on partnership and private-sector engagement. Facilitate knowledge and capacity sharing. Support NRC's localisation objectives.

2. Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Assistant

Education and Experience
University Degree in Law, Political Science, Sociology or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant or similar work experience. Experience in humanitarian or recovery programmes. Understanding of humanitarian interventions, particularly in contested or complex areas. Understanding of humanitarian principles and relevant codes of conduct. Willingness to work at field level.
Language Requirements
Amharic is mandatory. Good spoken and written English.

Main Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day implementation of ICLA activities. Contribute to annual work plans and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain relationships with partners and local authorities. Implement activities delegated by the ICLA Project Coordinator. Maintain appropriate programme documentation and filing systems. Prepare required reports. Help ensure that ICLA activities reach the people most in need. Provide or facilitate information, counselling and legal assistance. Record ICLA activities and maintain relevant documentation. Provide information on legal rights and entitlements. Provide legal counselling related to land, housing and property (HLP) issues. Support participants in resolving land, housing and property issues. Assist with ICLA and HLP-related training activities. Support assessments, monitoring and profiling activities. Follow NRC ICLA procedures and standard operating procedures. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
