Noren Technology Group is seeking a driven, innovative, and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Associate to aid in the expansion of Noren, our real estate technology platform.

Noren serves as a bridge between property seekers and property owners, agents, brokers, real estate firms, and developers, facilitating the processes of discovering, listing, buying, selling, and renting properties in Ethiopia.

The Business Development & Marketing Associate will be instrumental in enhancing Noren’s footprint within the Ethiopian real estate sector. This role encompasses business development, partner acquisition, marketing initiatives, field outreach, and customer engagement.

Position: Business Development & Marketing Associate

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, real estate, digital marketing, or customer-facing work is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and communicate with new people and businesses.
• Good understanding of Addis Ababa and its major neighborhoods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Comfortable using social media, smartphones, mobile applications, web platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to create ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willing and able to travel within Addis Ababa for partner meetings, outreach, and marketing activities.
• Interest in technology, real estate, startups, and digital businesses is highly desirable.
