Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields. Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken). Previous customer service experience required. Experience in administering customer accounts and handling inquiries/complaints is an advantage. Strong communication skills, positive and customer‑centric attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. Welcome and register clients at the customer service desk. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information. Process payments and prepare invoices. Provide administrative support across the organization. Ensure smooth flow of clients through the medical centre and timely completion of administrative tasks.
