Position 1: Mechanical Engineer (Auto)

Educational Qualification

· B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.

Work Experience

· A minimum of 2 (two) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in automotive engineering, vehicle inspection, vehicle maintenance, fleet management, vehicle diagnostics, or vehicle valuation.

Desirable:

·       Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and valuation techniques.

·       Knowledge of the Ethiopian automotive market.

·       Valid Ethiopian Driving License (preferably Category 3 or above).

Position 2: Loan Analysis and Relationship Officer

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related fields

· Graduation Year: 2021 and afterwards.  

Work Experience

· Two (2) years directly related experience in the financial industry.  

Skills required:

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

·       Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Position 3: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Auto)

Educational Qualification

·       B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.

Work Experience

·       A minimum of 4 (four) years of relevant post-qualification work experience in automotive engineering, vehicle inspection, vehicle maintenance, fleet management, vehicle diagnostics, or vehicle valuation.

Desirable

·       Experience in vehicle inspection and valuation for loan collateral in banks, microfinance institutions, insurance companies, leasing companies, vehicle dealerships, or automotive service organizations.

·       Knowledge of the Ethiopian automotive market and vehicle valuation practices.

·       Valid Ethiopian Driving License (preferably Category 3 or above).

Position 4: Senior Branch Expansion and Performance Officer

Qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related fields

Work Experience:

·       Four (4) years directly related experience in the financial industry.
