Position 1: Banking Business Officer (BBO)

Qualification:

• Minimum BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of banking work experience.
• Must have experience as a Junior Banking Business Officer.

Location:

• Newly to be opened Silke Ambo Sub-Branch under Wolkite District
• Sajo Sub-Branch under Wolkite District
• Bole Sub-Branch under Wolkite District

Position 2: Banking Business Manager I

Qualification:

• Minimum BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of banking work experience.
• Including 3 years as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or equivalent banking business position.

Position 3: Customer Relationship Officer

Qualification:

• Minimum BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of banking work experience.
• Including 2 years as an Associate Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent in banking business positions.

Position 4: Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer

Qualification:

• Minimum BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of banking work experience.
• Including 2 years as an Associate Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Officer or equivalent in Resource & Strategy Management positions.

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Qualification:

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• MA/MBA/MSc: Minimum 6 years of banking work experience.
• BA/BSc: Minimum 8 years of banking work experience.
• Including relevant experience in positions such as Banking Business Manager III/II, Branch Internal Control Officer II, Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) II/I, Banking Business Manager I, Branch Internal Control Officer I, or equivalent core banking business-related positions.

Position 6: District Marketing Supervisor

Qualification:

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of banking work experience, respectively.
• Including relevant experience as a Senior Marketing Officer or equivalent in banking business positions.

Position 7: Principal Succession & Performance Management Officer

Qualification:

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of banking work experience, respectively.
• Including relevant experience as Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer or equivalent Resource Management & Strategy positions.

Position 8: Director, Marketing and Branding Department

Qualification:

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• MA/MBA/MSc: Minimum 11 years of banking experience.
• BA/BSc: Minimum 13 years of banking experience.
• Including 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Division Manager or equivalent position.
