Position 1: Receptionist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or similar position in a hospital, medical center, hotel, airline, or other premium customer service environment.
• Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Position 2: Hostess / Customer Service

Qualifications

• BA in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or a related social science field

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, or other premium hospitality environment
• Demonstrated experience in formal, courteous guest reception and communication at a luxury service standard

• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor
• Sharp judgment and composure under pressure
• Strong sense of hospitality etiquette and service excellence
• Cultural sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
• Team collaboration and cross-departmental coordination
