1. Receptionist (10 Positions)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or a similar role in a hospital, medical center, hotel, airline, or other premium customer service environment. Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

2. Hostess / Customer Service (5 Positions)
Educational Qualification
BA Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or a related social science field.
Work Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, or another premium hospitality environment. Demonstrated experience providing formal guest reception and communication in a luxury service setting.
Required Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Strong judgment and the ability to remain composed under pressure. High standards of hospitality etiquette and customer service. Cultural sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
