1. Junior Political Parties Expert I
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of relevant experience. Master's Degree: No prior work experience required.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of national and international legal frameworks governing political parties and elections. Knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms. Ability to prepare and maintain organized documentation. Research and report writing skills.
2. Political Parties Support Expert
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
Master's Degree: 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree: 7 years of relevant experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Ethiopian and international legal frameworks governing political parties and elections. Knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms. Research, documentation, and analytical skills. Understanding of Ethiopia's political context. Knowledge of the electoral cycle, election observation, and electoral assistance.
3. Political Parties Documentation and Analysis Expert
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
Master's Degree: 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree: 7 years of relevant experience.
4. Deputy Head, Political Parties Affairs Department
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
Master's Degree or PhD in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
Master's Degree: 9 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position. PhD: 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of political systems, electoral processes, and political party affairs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership and project management experience.
5. Head, Political Parties Affairs Department

Educational Qualification
Master's Degree or PhD in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
Master's Degree: 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position. PhD: 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Extensive knowledge of political systems, electoral processes, and political party management. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience managing political or civic engagement initiatives.

Educational Qualification
PhD, Master's Degree, or MBA in Human Resource and Organizational Development, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
PhD: At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position. Master's Degree or MBA: At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
