About the Opportunity
MK Digital Security Solutions PLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Network & System Administrator to support and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient network and system environments while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Other related fields

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• CompTIA Certification
• Cisco CCNA Certification
• Linux Certification
• Microsoft Certification

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Administration and/or System Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, servers, and system services.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and provide technical support.
• Conduct security monitoring and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure timely installation of software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
• Support CCTV, access control, and other security-related IT systems where required.

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and backup solutions.
• Experience in firewall management and cybersecurity controls.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: As per the Company’s Approved Salary Scale.
