MKDSS Smart Card Factory invites qualified, competent, and motivated external candidates to apply for the position of Maintenance Planning & Control Expert.

Position: Maintenance Planning & Control Expert

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or plant operations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Good knowledge of equipment maintenance practices.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning tools.
• Strong ability to analyze equipment performance data and failure trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability.

The Maintenance Planning & Control Expert will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment requirements.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Warehouse & Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Technical & Engineering Teams.
• Identify maintenance requirements and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Recommend spare-parts requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance planning records and reports.
• Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
• Support immediate maintenance response during critical equipment breakdowns.
