Required Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and data management skills. Good numerical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of stock control and safe storage procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting. Experience supporting desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and networks. Understanding of wired and wireless networking protocols. Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus software, firewalls, and data protection. Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT applications. Familiarity with hospital systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) is an advantage. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Microsoft or other relevant IT support certifications are desirable.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and network architecture. Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent multimedia tools. Experience with photography, video recording, lighting, and audio equipment.
