1. Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Communication, Executive Assistant, Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position.
Key Requirements
Strong scheduling, organization, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Ability to manage documents and confidential information accurately. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle changing priorities. Ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects. Basic understanding of budgeting and expense management.
2. Administration and Human Resources Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of relevant administration and/or HR experience. Experience in a multi-department or international/organizational setting is preferred.
Key Requirements
Experience with travel coordination, document management, contracts/letters, and compliance follow-up. Practical knowledge of HR administration, including attendance, personnel records, recruitment support, and payroll coordination. Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills. Excellent English communication skills; Amharic and/or Turkish is an advantage. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with shared drives and basic databases. Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments. Experience supporting senior management or expatriate staff is preferred.
3. Human Resources Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of Human Resources experience. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is preferred.
Key Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze HR metrics and prepare reports. Understanding of payroll processes and software. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience with performance appraisal tools and methods. Ability to design and deliver training programs. Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
