Role description

Meryz Gift & Decor specializes in gift items and event decoration services. To support our business growth, strengthen our market presence, and expand our client base, we are seeking 20 creative, motivated, and results-oriented applicants to join our team.

Position 1: MARKETING SPECIALIST

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation. 
  • Portfolio / Work Proof: Demonstrated track record of managing successful social media accounts or creative campaigns. 
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and visual storytelling. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and online promotional strategies.
  • A genuine interest in gift products, event decoration, and creative marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Honesty, dedication, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and corporate clients.

Position 2: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & CRAFT SPECIALIST

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant experience in product design, handmade crafts, industrial design, creative production, or a related field.
  • Practical skills and a strong interest in handcrafting, woodworking, decorative design, and packaging design and finishing techniques.
  • Creativity and the ability to turn concepts and ideas into finished, market-ready products.
  • Good understanding of materials, colors, textures, and finishing details, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work carefully, maintain quality standards, and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Honesty, commitment, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute ideas as part of a team.
