Education and Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Minimum BA Degree in Logistics and Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or another related social science field from a recognized higher education institution. Applicants must be female graduates of 2017 or 2018 E.C. Minimum GPA of 3.7 . No prior work experience is required.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge
Good interpersonal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills
Good judgment regarding confidentiality and handling sensitive materials. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong written and spoken Amharic and English language skills. Good communication skills. Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Abilities
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to:
Act with integrity and ensure the security and appropriate use of organizational assets. Maintain detailed and accurate records. Support MTI Calling and adhere to the MTI Code of Conduct .
