Mary Joy Ethiopia is announce an exciting opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic Membership Officer, who are eager to gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

The Membership Officer is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and retaining individual and institutional members to strengthen Mary Joy Ethiopia’s sustainability, advocacy, and resource mobilization efforts in support of vulnerable and marginalized communities.

Position: Membership Officer

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• IT Dip or certificate or short course is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (experience in related positions is an advantage).
• Experience on IT is a plus

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

• Plan and implement membership recruitment and growth strategies.
• Engage and retain members through events, communication, and outreach.
• Manage membership data, renewals, certificates, and documentation.
• Support membership fee collection and reporting.
• Prepare regular membership performance reports
