Available Positions
1. Salespersons – 25 Positions
Number Required: 25 Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Cumulative GPA above 2.5. Successful completion of the national exit exam. Graduation year: 2025/26 or later . Age: 25 years or younger . Ability to commit to the internship program for 3–6 months . Strong willingness to learn and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to sign the internship program agreement. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills. Prior training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
2. Customer Relationship Officer (RM)
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related commercial field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
3. Chief Operation Officer
Location: Head Office
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience:
8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience. At least 5 years of experience in an executive or senior operational role, such as COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations.
4. Audit Officer
Location: Head Office
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant total work experience. Proven experience in external or internal auditing, accounting, or risk advisory roles.
