Position 1: Salespersons  

Job Requirements:  
- A bachelor's degree in any field of study  
- 0 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)  
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and successful completion of the national exit exam  
- Year of Graduation: 2025/26 or later  
- Age: not more than 25 years  
- Ability to commit to an internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months  
- Strong willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision  
- Required Number: 25  
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa  
- Willingness to sign the internship program agreement  
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills  
- Prior training or certification related to sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.

Position 2: Audit Officer  

Job Requirements:  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field  
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant total work experience  
- Proven experience in external/internal auditing, accounting, or risk advisory roles  
- Place of Work: Head Office  
- Required: 2  
- Salary: Negotiable

Position 3: Chief Operation Officer  

Job Requirements:  
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.  
- Experience: Minimum of 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior operational role (e.g., COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations)
