Position 1: Salespersons

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• BA Degree in any field of study
• 0 years of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Cumulative GPA of above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
• Year of Graduation: 2025/26 or later
• Age: not more than 25 years
• Ability to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
• Strong willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Willingness to sign the internship program agreement
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
• Prior training or certification related to sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.

Position 2: (RM) Customer Relationship Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related commercial field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Chief Operation Officer

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field, MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior operational role (e.g., COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations).

Position 4: Audit Officer

Qualification:

•  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a   closely related field
  Experience:
• 3–5 years of relevant total work experience
• Proven experience in External/Internal Auditing, accounting, or risk advisory roles.
