Position 1: Junior Claims Officer
Required Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Statistics.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Skills: Computer literacy.
Salary: Attractive salary as per the new scale, subject to negotiation.

Employment Type: Permanent upon successful completion of the probation period.
Position 2: Claims Inspector I
Required Qualification: Diploma in Military Science, Engineering, or Automotive Mechanics.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of total experience. Relevant professional training in insurance claims and recovery operations is an advantage.
Skills: Computer literacy.

Position 3: Multi-Purpose Maintenance Technician II
Required Qualification: College Diploma/TVET Level IV or TVET Level III in General Mechanics or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of total experience.
Skills: Computer literacy. Training in multipurpose maintenance is an advantage.

Position 4: Director, Underwriting & Branch Operations Department
Required Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Business Management, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field of study from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or supervisory positions in an insurance company.
Skills: Computer literacy.
Additional Advantage: Certificate of specialization in Insurance Operations from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
