Position 1: IT Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Must have at least a degree in security management, criminal justice, IT security, or risk management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in the fields of security, compliance, or risk management.
- Experience in visa centers, BPO, banking, government services, or high-security settings is required.
- Preferred Exposure: Experience with ISO, GDPR, or embassy security frameworks is preferred.

Position 2: Senior Logistics Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A degree in supply chain management or a related field is required.
At least five years of professional experience in import and export activities is required.
- Preference: Experience with an international organization is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Strong command of the English language, with good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Good proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
- Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, teamwork, and people-management skills.

Position 3: Back Office Operations Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (minimum 12 years of formal education), with a graduate degree or its global equivalent.
- Experience: Strong background in administrative and back-office roles.
- Skills: Process-oriented, attention to detail, time management, well-organized, and adaptable.

Position 4: Biometric Officer / Biometric Collection

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (minimum 12 years of formal education), with a graduate degree or its global equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in biometric systems is preferred.
- Skills: Strong focus on achieving 100% accuracy in data collection, ability to operate biometric equipment, and assisting applicants efficiently.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision.

Position 5: Hardware Specialist

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, hardware and network administration, or a similar technical role, with at least 2 years of independent responsibility for infrastructure or equipment management.
- Environment: Experience must include working in medium-to-large industrial or manufacturing settings, international companies, or large international NGOs or development organizations where formal IT policies and security standards are in place.
Experience in small businesses or informal support settings will not be considered sufficient.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in several of the following areas: endpoint fleet management, network installation and configuration, server/virtualization administration, hardware repair, asset management, and vendor/contractor coordination.
- Location: Preference for experience supporting multiple or remote sites, or working in industrial, plant, or field locations, as the role may involve periodic deployments at mining sites.
- Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
  - CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.
  - Microsoft certifications relevant to endpoint and server administration (e.g., MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, Windows Server / Azure hybrid administration).
- Cloud fundamentals or networking certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900 / AZ-700, AWS Cloud Practitioner / Advanced Networking) demonstrating understanding of hybrid connectivity.
- Vendor certifications or training for networking, surveillance, or access control equipment (e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco, MikroTik, Hikvision/Dahua/ZKTeco, or similar).

Position 6: Head of Communications and Public Relations

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, or a related field in the Social Sciences.
A master’s degree or specialized certifications in PR, communications, or media are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in public relations or communications within the public or private sector.
- Skills: Proven experience in media relations, stakeholder management, and crisis communication.
- Leadership: Team management, mentorship, and leading cross-functional initiatives are critical for managing the organization’s reputation.
- Cultural and Language Sensitivity: Proficiency in multiple languages or cultural sensitivity skills is important for communicating with diverse communities.

Position 7: Receptionist

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A high school diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the travel and tourism or service industry.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service or front-office experience in travel, airport, visa, or service-center environments.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English and the local language is required; additional languages are preferred.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office and CRM/system usage.

Position 8: Senior Officer / Customer Service Officer / Counter Staff / Submission Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (minimum 12 years of formal education), with a graduate degree or its global equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the travel and tourism or service industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints.

Position 9: Warehouse Store Keeper

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A diploma in supply chain management or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or related disciplines.
- Skills:
  - Ability to operate a forklift safely; a valid forklift operator certification or license is preferred or must be obtained before operating.
  - Knowledge and application of inventory control software.
  - Additional professional training in supply chain or logistics management is advantageous.
