Position: Social Worker

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field of study.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.7.

Work Experience

• 0 years and above.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Good teamwork, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide social work support to children and families.
• Strong commitment to children’s rights, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor children’s educational, social, and psychological needs.
• Conduct family visits and participate in community outreach activities.
• Identify children’s needs and assist in providing appropriate support.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate records.
• Use digital tools and social media to support organizational activities.
• Collaborate with families, schools, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving the well-being and development of children and their families.
