Position 1: Graduate Trainee

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (in fields such as Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or related disciplines).
• Experience: 0-2 years

Position 2: Call Center Officer

• Education:
  • Minimum: High school completion  certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing.
• Experience: 0-2 years
