Role description
MCM Comprehensive Specialized Hospital (Korean Hospital) would like to invite qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following position. MCM General Hospital, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, was found by Myungsung Presbyterian Church of South Korea to provide quality health care to Ethiopians and to train Ethiopian medical professionals.
MCM has both Ethiopian and foreign medical professionals who are motivated and committed to caring for the medical needs of patients who are seen at the hospital.
Position 1: Junior Midwifery Professional
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS.C Degree in Midwifery
- 0-2 years’ work experience
- Professional License is mandatory

Position 2: Pediatrician
Qualifications and Experience
- MD with Specialist Certification in Pediatrics
- 2-3 years post-specialization (preferred)
- Good Communication Skill
- Professional License is Mandatory

Position 3: Head, Quality Management (QM Head)
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Quality Management, a health science discipline, is required.
- At least 2- 3 years in quality management, patient safety, hospital accreditation, or a leadership role.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical procurement, preferably in a hospital or healthcare institution
