Position: Office Receptionist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Manage office records and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
  • Provide administrative support to various departments

Position 2: Sales Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote company products and services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and customer feedback summaries

Position 3: Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
  • Manage social media and promotional activities
  • Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
  • Prepare marketing reports and performance evaluations
