Position 1: Trainee Teller Accountant

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Certification in financial services is an advantage.
Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team;

Experience:

0/2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Salary: As per the Institution salary scale

Place of Work: Head Offices, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Trainee Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification and Technical Skill Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Analytical skills for financial data interpretation.
Good knowledge in economic and financial topics
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment
