Position 1: HR Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, and related documents.
- Support training, performance appraisal, and routine HR activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and maintain confidentiality.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Position 2: Senior HR Officer
Department: Human Resources

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and prepare HR reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Position 3: Senior Finance Officer

Responsibilities
- Record and review financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare financial and management reports and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and budget performance.
- Support month-end closing, audit, tax, and statutory reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and provide support to junior finance staff.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management and lead the finance team.
