01. General Service Team Leader

Location: Modjo Poultry Farm at Modjo town  |  Deadline: September 20, 2026

General Purpose of the Job:

This position is responsible to coordinate and oversee general service activities, facilities, utilities, maintenance, and administrative support services to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted organizational operations.

Major Duties of a General Service Team Leader

  • Plan, organize, and supervise general service activities across the farm.
  • Coordinate and Ensure office buildings, poultry houses, warehouses, and staff facilities are clean and well maintained.
  • Manage company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, fuel control, and documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance of buildings, roads, fences, water systems, and other infrastructure.
  • Supervise cleaners, gardeners, security guards, drivers, and other general service staff.
  • Ensure the monthly vehicle utilization report is produced with full analysis and analyses monthly maintenance cost, fuel consumption, and accident report
  • Ensure adequate supply and proper management of office furniture, equipment, and consumables.
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility services, including water, electricity, and sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements. .
  • Arrange transportation and logistics for employees, visitors, and official activities.
  • Coordinate accommodation and welfare services for meeting in training area. coordinate logistics for workshop and training
  • Process maintenance requests and follow up on timely completion of repairs.
  • Verify invoices and monitor contracts for outsourced services such as security, cleaning, waste management, and others.
  • Monitor water and electricity consumption
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Human Resource and General Service Manager or senior management.

Qualification:

  •   BA/MA/PhD in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration..

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7/5/2 years’ experience in Human Resources Management or 2 years as senior related positions.
