Job Description

Mekhil Empowerment & Training Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our Project-Based Business Coaching & Mentoring Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day implementation of coaching & mentoring activities by ensuring smooth communication between coaches and Business, scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and providing timely project updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily implementation of the Business Coaching & Mentoring Program.
  • Schedule and confirm coaching sessions between coaches and businesses.
  • Map and verify business locations for coaching visits.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics for coaches.
  • Monitor coaching schedules and ensure sessions are completed on time.
  • Communicate with coaches and businesses regarding schedules and follow-ups.
  • Track coaching progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Identify and report operational challenges with recommended solutions.
  • Support project coordination and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing project reports and maintaining records.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience in business development, coaching, mentoring, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
