Supply of Laptop Computer
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS–Ethiopia)
invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the
supply and delivery Laptop Computer
for office use.
Background
HRNS-Ethiopia (Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia) is a development organization dedicated to empowering smallholder farming communities, primarily focusing on sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and improving livelihoods. As part of the global HRNS network, the Ethiopia office works closely with coffee farmers and other agricultural producers to enhance their productivity, market access, and resilience against climate challenges
HRNS–Ethiopia intends to procure reliable ICT equipment to support its administrative and program operations. The equipment will be used for productivity applications, reporting, communication, and document processing within the organization’s office environment.
Qualified suppliers are invited to submit bids that meet the

Company profile with relevant experience in ICT equipment supply
Copy of
valid business license and registration certificate
TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate
Technical proposal demonstrating compliance with specifications
Financial quotation including
VAT and delivery costs
2% BID bond CPO.
