Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures. Supervise the administration department, ensuring efficient office operations. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in organizational development and change management Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably in Manufacturing, trading, and real-estate.
