Position 1: Business Support I

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Experience Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience in instructional design, eLearing development, or learning solutions support
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Moodle Developer (Junior Technical support 2)

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Programming background with a willingness to learn Moodle development and administration

Education Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Moodle development, web development, or technical support
  • Experience or familiarity with Moodle themes, plugins, and customizations
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
  • Experience working with Linux server environments and Apache web servers is an advantage
