Position 1: Business Support I
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in instructional design, eLearing development, or learning solutions support
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Moodle Developer (Junior Technical support 2)
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of web development concepts
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Programming background with a willingness to learn Moodle development and administration
Education Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Moodle development, web development, or technical support
- Experience or familiarity with Moodle themes, plugins, and customizations
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
- Experience working with Linux server environments and Apache web servers is an advantage
