Position Title: HR & Training Manager
Job Requirement
BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for previous work in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Minimum 3 years of as HR managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills. Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Familiar with hotel policies, procedures and Luxury Collection Standards and other related Policies & Procedures, modeling of hotel standards
Excellent knowledge of HR systems and Ethiopian labour law
High level of integrity, accountability, and ethical judgment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken) required.
