Role description
Volga Foods is pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Specialist in our operations in Ethiopia.

Volga Foods is a young and dynamic company. We produce lemonades and snacks, actively develop new products, and plan a large-scale distribution of our products across Ethiopia.
We are at a stage of active growth and are looking for a specialist who will take charge of recruitment, onboarding of new employees, and building HR processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, organizing the selection process. · Onboarding and adaptation of new employees. · Maintaining HR records in accordance with Ethiopian legislation. · Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation. · Liaising with government bodies on employment matters. · Assisting management in evaluating candidates and building the team.
Our Expectations:
· Genuine interest in the work and business development. · Fluent in English and Amharic. · Experience in recruitment or HR administration. · Knowledge of local labor legislation. · Willingness to work in a startup environment and solve unconventional tasks. · Responsibility, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
