The company’s manufacturing young professional program aims to cultivate high-caliber young professionals in the manufacturing sector. This program will offer practical experience for young professionals at the Propylene Technology Factory. Participants will enhance their technical and leadership abilities, equipping them for future pivotal roles within the organization.
Position 1: Sales Officer
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in sales or marketing.
The Junior Sales Officer supports the sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for an early career professional looking to develop sales skills within the Ethiopian market, with a strong focus on customer service, learning, and performance growth.

Position 2: Accountant
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Softwareand other accounting systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis and financial reporting.

Position 3: Café Supervisor
Job Qualification:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Food Service, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of café, restaurant, or food service experience, including supervisory duties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.
- Understanding of café menu items, drinks, food handling, and presentation.
