Hope Enterprise University College

Hope Enterprise University College (HEUC) is a higher education institution located on a 5-hectare campus in Ethiopia.The campus is designed to provide a clean, green, and conducive environment for teaching and learning, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for both students and faculty.

Position 1: Accountant  

Minimum Qualifications:  
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or Banking and Finance  
- 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience  
- Experience in handling tax filings (VAT, Withholding, and Employment Income Tax) under Ethiopian ERCA regulations  
- Professional certifications such as IFRS training are advantageous.

Position 2: TVET Secretary  

Required Qualifications & Skills:  
- Education: TVET Level IV Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or Business Management  
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)  
- With a Diploma: 3 years of corporate or executive office experience  
- With a Degree: 1 to 2 years of administrative or secretarial work  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia  

Position 3: Dean of Students  

Qualifications: MA in Psychology or related fields  
- 2 years of experience in student support services in higher education  
- Progressive experience in university administration, student affairs, or counseling, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or committee-head role

Position 4: Consultant as Client Engineer  

Minimum Requirements: First degree and above in civil engineering or related fields  
- 8 years or more of relevant work experience
