Holland Dairy is a leading provider of high-quality dairy products in the entire country of Ethiopia. We’re most famous for our yogurt and milk, but our identity goes much deeper. Our milk is sourced locally, and only the best gets selected to ensure high-quality raw milk inputs.

The AR Accountant will manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue reports while building customer relationships that tighten payment times through positive outreach.Record and process account receivables and incoming collections in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Position: Driver (Bishoftu / Night Shift)

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum Grade 12 completion.
  • Valid driving license.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant driving experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.
  • Strong integrity, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken Amharic is required.
  • Knowledge of other Ethiopian languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow work schedules.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from assigned locations.
  • Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to established schedules.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper working condition.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions to identify suitable travel routes.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate regular maintenance.
  • Handle minor vehicle issues and promptly report major mechanical problems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while performing assigned duties.
  • Assist with company errands and deliveries when required.
  • Report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to the designated personnel.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the manager.

Duty Station: Bishoftu, Ethiopia.

Working Shift: Night Shift.
