Position 1: Customer Service Officer II 

Qualification 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields. 
 Experience 
• Two (2) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be profitable. 
 Duty station 
 • Addis Ababa, Mekoy (North Shewa)

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields. 
Experience three (3) years of banking experience. IFB training certification is profitable.

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields. 
Experience four (4) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is profitable.

Position 4: Branch Manager 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields. 
Experience six (6) years of banking operations experience. The IFB training instrument is profitable.

Position 5: Manager, Management Information System (MIS) 

Qualification 
 • BSC Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields 
 Experience 
• Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, of which two (2) years are in an administrative position of IS operation. 
• IFB training certification is advantageous. 
 Duty station 
 • Head Office
