Hibret Bank S.C. invites applicants who meet the following qualification and experience requirements to apply for the following vacant positions.

Position 1: Junior Legal Officer

Educational Qualification: LLB or Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 Certificate with COC Award in Law.

Experience: For LLB holders, 1 year of experience as an Assistant Legal Officer or Junior Legal Officer, or equivalent experience in the banking industry. For Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 holders, 2 years of experience as an Assistant Legal Officer or Junior Legal Officer, or equivalent experience in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Head Office.

Position 2: Junior Attorney

Educational Qualification: LLB or Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 Certificate with COC Award in Law.

Experience: For LLB holders, 1 year of experience as an Assistant Attorney or Junior Attorney, or equivalent experience in the banking industry. For Diploma/Level IV/TVET 10+3 holders, 2 years of experience as an Assistant Attorney or Junior Attorney, or equivalent experience in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Head Office.

Position 3: Contact Center Officer

Educational Qualification: BA in Administrative Service Management and Technology System, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years of experience as an Associate Contact Center Officer or Contact Center Officer, or equivalent experience in the banking industry.

Additional Requirement: Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Tigrigna, and Somali is required. Knowledge of more than one local language is also required.

Position 4: Assistant Manager CS & Operations, Grade D Branch

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.

Experience: 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Zenebework Gebeya Branch and Jemo 3 Branch, West Addis Ababa District.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade D

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.

Experience: 2 years as an Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent, or 8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Bedir IFB Branch, Tequwa IFB Branch, Ansar IFB Branch, and Ambo Branch, West Addis Ababa District.

Position 6: Branch Manager Grade C

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting.

Experience: 2 years as a Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Anwar IFB Branch and Cinema Ras Branch, West Addis Ababa District.
