Packaging Operator Technician Electrical Technician Mechanical Brewing Operator
1. Packaging Operator
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical , or a related field.
Experience and Skills
0–2 years of experience . Experience in beverage or logistics operations/shop-floor environments is preferred.
2. Technician Electrical
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education.
Experience and Skills
4 years or more of maintenance experience . Excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong technical machine knowledge. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ability to execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and train operators in AM. Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo . Basic education in process automation control. Certified to work with low voltage. Proficient in required Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) skills and activities. Good understanding of technical drawings, including AutoCAD/P&ID and wiring diagrams .
3. Technician Mechanical
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education.
Experience and Skills
4 years or more of maintenance experience . Excellent troubleshooting skills. Very good technical machine knowledge. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ability to execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and train operators in AM. Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo .
4. Brewing Operator
Job Location: Bedele, Kilinto
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering .
Experience and Skills
0–1 year of production experience in a beverage or food manufacturing company (FMCG).
