Hagerie Television is currently seeking a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Hagerie TV is an upcoming television station that has started broadcasting and caters to a wide array of the Ethiopian public as well to many others in the target vicinity of the channel. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably within a media house, advertising agency, telecom, or corporate commercial environment in Ethiopia.Skills:

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating pitch decks and sales proposals.
• Deep understanding of media rate structures, broadcast sponsorship packages, and marketing ROI.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving advertising revenue, securing corporate sponsorships, and expanding the commercial reach of the media house across TV and digital broadcast platforms. This role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and local brands, as well as managing campaign execution from contract signing through post-campaign reporting.
