Role description

Habesha Breweries Share Company (“Habesha”) is one of the leading Ethiopian brewing companies. Habesha was initiated by a group of local Ethiopian investors in 2009. The company is currently owned by Swinkels Family Brewers Holding N.V. (60%), 8,000 local shareholders (30%), and Linssen Participations B.V. (10%)

Position 1: Call Center Operator

Education

  • Degree certification (BSc or BA) in Arts, Science, & other relevant disciplines

Experience

  • 1- 2 years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service.
  • Experience in the FMCG or brewery/beverage industry is an added advantage.

Language

  • Amharic, English, Tigrigna, Afan Oromo and other local languages (Preferred)

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in any field of studies.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Additional international language is a plus.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.

Position 3: Area Sales Manager

Qualifications:

This role is positioned at the managerial level and requires an experienced Sales Manager, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive learning and development environment, as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.

Is required to have a BA Degree in a related field (Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related business disciplines), and 5 + years of relevant experience, of which 2 years are spent in a managerial position in the FMCG industry.
