Role description
Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of Nation Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one Share Company.
Grand MFI was established with the purpose of providing financial and non-financial services to active poor and the ‘missing middle income’ urban and rural residents.
Position 1: Executive Secretary and cashier
Qualification: BA/Diploma in Secretarial science, Office Administration or relevant related field
Work Experience and skills: 2/4 years relevant work experience, preferable in MFI
Job Summary
- Manage & maintan the excutive’s schedule, meetings and appointments. Prepare letters, reports, memos and other pfficial documents. Organize meetings and prepare agendas& minutes.
- Maintain petty cash & prepare petty cash report
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Human Resource and Administration officer
Qualification: MA/BA in Management, Business Management, HR Management, public Administration or related relevant fields
Work Experience and skills: 4/6 years relevant work experience, preferable in MFI
Job Summary
- Senior HR & Administration officer is to facilitates vacancy Announcement, Compliance with HR Laws Regulation. Ensures that the short listing is properly processed as per criteria and procedures of the company; performs purchasing activities, ensures all supplies purchases are received by GRN,are properly handled, provides logistics support for all units of the company and perform all HR and administration issues of company.

Position 3: Senior Share Administration and Company Secretary
Qualification: MA/BA in Law, Business, Managements or related filed.
Work Experience and skills: 3/5 years in a similar role or related roles. Experience preferable in MFI. Share administration Experience is a plus,
Prepare, organize, and keep minutes of board and shareholder meetings. facilitating communication b/n the board, management, shareholders and others stakeholders. Handles shareholders files, take general assembly minutes under NBE directives. Provide information to shareholders
