Globe Motor Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is an automotive assembly and manufacturing company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, focusing on motorized vehicles like three-wheelers and four-wheelers (such as Bajaj brand vehicles).

Position 1: Gen-Z Social Media & Content Creator – Ethiopia

Ideal Candidate

  • Age: 20–25 years
  • Ethiopian citizen, preferably based in Addis Ababa
  • Highly active on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Naturally confident, energetic and engaging in front of the camera
  • Excellent spoken Amharic and good working English
  • Strong understanding of Ethiopian Gen-Z culture, humour, trends, music and social-media behaviour
  • Comfortable appearing regularly in videos and becoming the recognizable face of the brand
  • Able to shoot good-quality videos independently using a smartphone
  • Able to independently edit videos using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
  • Understands social-media hooks, captions, trending formats, hashtags and audience engagement
  • Able to create content without requiring a cameraman/editor for normal day-to-day activities
  • Genuine interest in cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, mobility, technology and youth culture
  • Willing to travel to dealers, customer locations, events, markets and other business locations across Ethiopia
  • Creative, energetic, disciplined and comfortable working independently
  • Previous experience creating personal TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content will be an advantage.

Position 2: Telecaller – Ethiopia

Candidate Profile

  • Preferably 22–30 years old.
  • Based in Addis Ababa.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant, confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
  • Patient and polite while dealing with customers.
  • Good listening and questioning skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM systems.
  • Good follow-up discipline.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven.
  • Previous telecalling, customer service, telesales or sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, motorcycle, three-wheeler or EV businesses will be an added advantage.

Position 3: EV After-Sales & Electrical/Electronic Executive

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field. Preferably having knowledge of EV.
  • Practical experience in the Electrical & Electronics system.
  • Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring and electronic components.
  • Experience in EVs will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in automotive after-sales/service will be added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Position 4: Senior Sales Representative – Bajaj

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycles, three-wheelers, FMCG, or other sales-driven businesses.
