We are currently hiring qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals across 10 different positions to contribute to the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of our projects in Addis Ababa.

1. Senior Stationary Pump Operator (1 Post)

• Education: 10th or 12th Grade Complete. TVET/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive is an advantage. Valid operator license required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating stationary concrete pumps. Proven experience in high-rise or large-scale construction required.

2. Senior Mechanic (1 Post)

• Education: 10th/12th Complete. TVET Level IV/V or Diploma in Automotive Tech, Mechanical Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction equipment, trucks, and vehicle maintenance.

3. Junior Mechanic (1 Post)

• Education: 10th Grade Complete. TVET Level III/IV or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Tech.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.

4. HCB & Batching Plant Manager (1 Post)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in concrete batching, HCB production, or plant operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

5. Senior Batching Plant Operator (1 Post)

• Education: TVET/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of concrete batching, mixing processes, and mix proportions.

6. Junior Batching Plant Operator (1 Post)

• Education: TVET Level III/IV or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in batching plant operations.

7. Senior HR Officer (1 Post)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management.
• Experience: 7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior HR position. Professional HR certification is an advantage.

8. Digital Marketing Manager (1 Post)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

9. Content Manager (1 Post)
