Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.
Position 1: Transport & General Service Head
Qualification
- BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics and Supply chain & related field from Recognized university
Duties & Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day transportation operations
- Coordinating and supervising the activities of the Drivers
- Monitor the performance and status of the transportation processes such as delivery times, costs
- Should be able to solve problems, handle emergencys
- Handle all vehicles in proper manner
- Check and renew yearly Insurance, Bolo, Road fund e.t.c of the Vehicle
- Control and manage Fleet activates
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Six Months and Yearly Reports. Responsible to Plan, direct or Coordinate general and administrative service of the company including facilities, planning and maintenance and other office support service
- Manage janitorial service
- Manage all Business and service Contracts with service contracts with service providing companies and vendors
- Check all Service agreements date &Renewal Period
Experience
- 8 Years Relevant Experience for Diploma out of Which 4 Years In Senior Position
- 4 Years Relevant Experience for Degree out of Which 2 Years in Senior Position
Position 2: Senior Human Resource Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Business management or related fields from recognized university
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and on bard qualified candidates for various roles across the company or the organization
- Maintain employee records and data according to policy and legal requirements
- Work to ensure the monthly payroll inputs are well-organized and on time salary payment
- Also manage employee documentation and personnel file
- Generate monthly, Quarterly, six Months & year report
- Excellent written & communication skill
- Excellent computer skills in data base management, excel, word, Access etc…
- Ability to manage human resource Activates
Experience
- 5 years and above relevant work experience out of which 2 years as senior level
Position 3: Driver
Qualification
Completion of 10th Grade
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle is kept secure, Clean and tidy and in good working condition at all times
- Safely transport service to managers and staff
- Clean vehicles for daily
- Good time Management Systems
Experience
- 4 years and above relevant work experience
Position 4: Executive Secretary
Qualification
University degree or professional diploma in the field of Secretarial Science and office management, Business Administration, Management or similar Related fields
Experience
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- -Attend meetings and keep minutes
- -Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- -Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- -Make travel arrangements for executives
- -Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- -Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- -Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Minimum 8years experience out of which 4 years for Senior Level.
Position 5: Office Assistant
Qualification
University degree or professional diploma in the field of Secretarial Science and office management, Business Administration, Management or similar Related fields
Experience
- Handle requests and transactions, or direct the matter or person to the proper department
- Prepare files and documents in MS-Word by using predefined templates or by creating them from the scratch
- Operate office equipment like fax machines and printers
- Responsible for opening or reviewing correspondence and determining proper action to be taken
- Responsible for departmental supplies and inventories, including tracking status and orders
- Minimum 2 and above years’ experience
Position 6: Cost & Budget Head
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university
Experience
- Prepare yearly Budget -Strategic Plan of the Organization and Budget
- Analysis and Compare Department Budget With Financial Budget
- Evaluate Yearly Budget and Actual Performance
- Check and Approve Cost Analysis and Costing Requirement 6 Years and above work experience in Finance out of Which 4 years and above on senior Positions
- Experience in real-estate Sector or Construction company is Mandatory
Position 7: Customer Service Officer /CSO/
