Sales Representative
Location: Summit 72, next to 72 Plaza, Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-time Career Level: Entry Level Experience: 0–2 years Application Deadline: August 25, 2026
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Additional working hours may be required and are compensated with overtime payment.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and deliver products to retail shops, wholesalers, and customers along assigned routes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets. Promote products and explain their features, benefits, and value. Generate customer orders and follow up on fulfillment. Identify new customers and expand market coverage. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and availability. Collect customer payments and complete accurate financial reconciliation. Maintain customer relationships and respond to queries or complaints. Monitor competitor activities and report market trends. Prepare accurate daily sales, stock, and collection reports.
Qualifications and Skills
BA degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 0–2 years of experience in sales and distribution. Knowledge of local sales routes and market areas is an advantage. Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock reconciliation. Customer service or retail sales experience. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Decision-making and attention to detail. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
