On behalf of our client, TriMark Repair and Marketing Services PLC, we are inviting qualified and experienced finance professionals to apply for the position of Finance Manager.About the CompanyTriMark Repair and Marketing Services PLC operates closely alongside Transsion Manufacturing PLC in Ethiopia as part of its operational and after-sales support network for major mobile brands, including TECNO, itel, and Infinix.Position Details• Position: Finance Manager• Location: Garad Building, Wello Sefer, Addis Ababa• Employment Type: Full-time• Salary: ETB 70,000–80,000 gross per month, with some flexibility for an exceptionally suitable candidate• Application Deadline: August 24, 2026Job SummaryThe Finance Manager will lead the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, effective financial controls, proper transaction processing, and compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements. The role will work closely with management and other departments to support financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and sound business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting Management• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, and financial transactions.• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.Financial Reporting & Analysis• Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.• Provide management with accurate financial information and practical insights for decision-making.• Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify significant variances.Budgeting & Financial Control• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning activities.• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls to minimize financial risks.• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Ethiopian tax and statutory requirements.Audit & Compliance• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure the organization remains audit-ready.• Work closely with relevant stakeholders on tax, statutory, and regulatory matters.Team & Stakeholder Management• Supervise and support finance team members and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities.• Coordinate with management, banks, suppliers, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as required.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their CV and a brief cover letter to:info@ethiocv.comPlease write “Finance Manager | TriMark” in the email subject line.Application Deadline: August 24, 2026No calls or walk-ins.
