FastPay Technology Solution PLC is an Addis Ababa-based fintech company specializing in digital financial platforms and cross-border remittances. It provides the FastPay app, which allows the Ethiopian diaspora to send money directly to over 30 banks in Ethiopia, often instantly and fee-free.

FastPay is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and be able to develop effective campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Position: Marketing Expert

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is an advantage
