EVolve Businesses Group has announced multiple open vacancies for mid-to-senior level professionals in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Applications are accepted until the deadline on July 20, 2026

Position 1: Accountant

Academic Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Work Experience
  • Total Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
  • Specific Experience: Hands-on experience managing general ledgers, tax compliance/VAT filing, and payroll systems within the commercial or construction sector.
Core Skills Required
  • Financial Software Proficiency
  • Tax & Regulatory Knowledge: understanding of local corporate taxation, labor laws, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Data Integrity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry, number crunching, and finding discrepancies.
  • Ethical & Confidentiality Standards: High integrity with a proven track record of handling sensitive financial information discreetly.

Position 2: Tender Officer

Academic Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Work Experience

  • Total Experience: Minimum of 2years tender/ bidding environment.
  • Specific Experience: Proven track record of handling commercial bids, preparing submittals for large tenders, and managing public/private procurement platforms.

Core Skills Required

  • Bid Management & Coordination: Ability to manage tight deadlines, multi-task, and collaborate with import, engineering and legal teams.
  • Contractual Literacy: Solid understanding of commercial procurement terms, legal clauses, and bidding processes.

Position 3: Project Manager (High-Rise Construction)

Academic Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, advantageous related structural engineering discipline.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent professional engineering license.
Work Experience
  • Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction management.
  • Specific Experience: At least 5 years acting as a lead Project Manager specifically on high-rise residential or commercial vertical structures (minimum 10+ stories).
Core Skills Required
  • High-Rise Structural Expertise: Deep understanding of vertical construction methods, tower crane logistics, and concrete/steel core technologies.
  • Advanced Project Scheduling: Mastery of project management software
  • Contract Administration: Strong knowledge standard construction contracts and claims management.
  • Leadership & Crisis Management: Proven ability to manage large, diverse site teams and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
